Bu Gizlilik Politikası, Ghost Cost macOS uygulaması ve ona bağlı Safari Web Extension tarafından işlenen bilgiler için geçerlidir. Ghost Cost, ürün sayfalarındaki fiyat değişikliklerini kullanıcının cihazında takip etmeye yardımcı olur.

2. İşlediğimiz bilgiler

Bir ürünü takip ettiğinizde aşağıdaki bilgiler cihazınızda saklanabilir:

• Ürün adı, fiyatı, para birimi ve görsel adresi
• Ürün sayfasının URL’si ve mağaza alan adı
• Hedef fiyat, fiyat geçmişi ve kontrol tarihleri
• Bildirim ve dil tercihleri
• App Store tarafından doğrulanan Ghost Cost Pro abonelik durumu

Ghost Cost ad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, konum, kişi listesi veya ödeme kartı bilgisi toplamaz.

3. Safari izinleri

Ghost Cost, açık ürün sayfasındaki herkese açık ürün adı ve fiyat verisini okuyabilmek, kullanıcının eklediği ürün sayfalarını kontrol edebilmek ve fiyat uyarısı gösterebilmek için Safari’nin activeTab, website access, storage, notifications, scripting, alarms ve native messaging izinlerini kullanır. Bu erişim yalnızca fiyat takip işlevini sağlamak için kullanılır.

4. Yerel depolama ve ağ istekleri

Takip listesi Safari’nin yerel eklenti depolamasında tutulur. Ürün kontrolü sırasında istekler doğrudan cihazınızdan ilgili mağazanın herkese açık ürün sayfasına gönderilir. Ghost Cost’un kendi sunucusuna takip listesi gönderilmez. Mağazalar kendi gizlilik politikalarına göre IP adresi ve istek bilgisi işleyebilir.

5. Abonelikler ve Apple

Ghost Cost Pro satın alma işlemleri Apple StoreKit üzerinden gerçekleştirilir. Ödeme bilgileri Ghost Cost tarafından görülmez veya saklanmaz. Apple, satın alma ve abonelik bilgilerini kendi gizlilik politikası kapsamında işler. Uygulama yalnızca Apple tarafından doğrulanmış aktif abonelik durumunu kullanır.

6. Bildirimler

Bildirim izni verirseniz Ghost Cost fiyat değişikliklerini Safari bildirimi olarak gösterebilir. Bildirimleri uygulama ayarlarından veya sistem ayarlarından kapatabilirsiniz.

7. Veri paylaşımı ve satış

Ghost Cost kişisel verileri satmaz, reklam amacıyla kullanmaz ve veri aracılarla paylaşmaz. Uygulamada üçüncü taraf reklam veya davranışsal analiz SDK’sı bulunmaz.

8. Saklama ve silme

Yerel veriler siz ürünü kaldırana, “Yerel verileri temizle” seçeneğini kullanana veya uygulama verilerini silene kadar cihazınızda kalır. Uygulama sunucusunda hesap veya takip kaydı tutulmadığından sunucu tarafında silinecek bir kullanıcı hesabı bulunmaz.

9. Çocukların gizliliği

Ghost Cost çocuklardan bilerek kişisel bilgi toplamaz. Hizmet, genel amaçlı bir alışveriş yardımcı aracıdır.

10. Değişiklikler

Bu politika, uygulamanın işleyişi veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde güncellenebilir. Güncel tarih bu sayfanın üstünde gösterilir.

1. Scope

This Privacy Policy applies to information processed by the Ghost Cost macOS app and its Safari Web Extension. Ghost Cost helps users monitor price changes on product pages from their own device.

2. Information we process

When you track a product, the following information may be stored on your device:

• Product name, price, currency, and image URL
• Product page URL and store domain
• Target price, price history, and check dates
• Notification and language preferences
• Ghost Cost Pro subscription status verified by the App Store

Ghost Cost does not collect your name, email address, phone number, location, contacts, or payment card details.

3. Safari permissions

Ghost Cost uses Safari activeTab, website access, storage, notifications, scripting, alarms, and native messaging permissions to read publicly available product names and prices, check product pages added by the user, and display price alerts. Access is used only to provide price-tracking functionality.

4. Local storage and network requests

Your tracking list is stored in Safari’s local extension storage. Product checks are sent directly from your device to the relevant store’s public product page. Your tracking list is not sent to a Ghost Cost server. Stores may process your IP address and request information under their own privacy policies.

5. Subscriptions and Apple

Ghost Cost Pro purchases are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Ghost Cost does not see or store payment details. Apple processes purchase and subscription information under its own privacy policy. The app only uses the active subscription status verified by Apple.

6. Notifications

If you grant permission, Ghost Cost may display Safari notifications about price changes. You can disable notifications in the app or system settings.

7. Data sharing and sale

Ghost Cost does not sell personal data, use it for advertising, or share it with data brokers. The app contains no third-party advertising or behavioral analytics SDK.

8. Retention and deletion

Local data remains on your device until you remove a product, use “Clear local data,” or delete the app’s data. Because no account or tracking record is stored on an app server, there is no server-side user account to delete.

9. Children’s privacy

Ghost Cost does not knowingly collect personal information from children. The service is a general-purpose shopping utility.

10. Changes

This policy may be updated when the app’s operation or legal requirements change. The current revision date appears at the top of this page.
