1. Koşulların kabulü

Ghost Cost’u indirerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Koşulları kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı ve Safari eklentisini kullanmayın.

2. Hizmetin kapsamı

Ghost Cost, kullanıcı tarafından seçilen herkese açık ürün sayfalarındaki fiyat bilgilerini cihaz üzerinde okumaya, saklamaya ve belirli aralıklarla yeniden kontrol etmeye yardımcı olan bir alışveriş aracıdır. Ghost Cost bir mağaza, satıcı, ödeme kuruluşu veya finansal danışman değildir.

3. Fiyat ve ürün bilgilerinin doğruluğu

Ürün adı, fiyat, stok ve diğer bilgiler üçüncü taraf mağazalardan alınır. Bu bilgiler gecikebilir, eksik olabilir veya yanlış algılanabilir. Satın alma kararı vermeden önce güncel fiyatı, vergileri, kargo ücretini, stok durumunu ve satış koşullarını doğrudan mağazanın sayfasında doğrulamak kullanıcının sorumluluğundadır.

4. Kullanıcı sorumlulukları

Ghost Cost’u yalnızca hukuka uygun amaçlarla kullanmayı; mağaza sitelerine zarar verecek, aşırı yük oluşturacak, güvenlik önlemlerini aşacak veya üçüncü taraf haklarını ihlal edecek biçimde kullanmamayı kabul edersiniz.

5. Ücretsiz plan ve Ghost Cost Pro

Ücretsiz plan en fazla 3 ürün, Ghost Cost Pro ise en fazla 50 ürün takip etmeyi destekler. Pro özelliklerine erişim için geçerli bir otomatik yenilenen App Store aboneliği gerekir. Sunulan özellikler uygulama sürümüne ve teknik kısıtlamalara göre değişebilir.

6. Abonelik ve ödeme

Ödemeler Apple tarafından işlenir. Abonelik, mevcut dönemin sona ermesinden en az 24 saat önce iptal edilmezse otomatik yenilenir. Ücret Apple hesabınızdan tahsil edilir. Aboneliğinizi App Store hesap ayarlarından yönetebilir veya iptal edebilirsiniz. Fiyatlar ülkeye, para birimine ve vergilere göre değişebilir; satın alma ekranında gösterilen App Store fiyatı geçerlidir.

7. Üçüncü taraf hizmetleri

Ghost Cost, üçüncü taraf mağazalara ve Apple hizmetlerine bağlantılar veya teknik istekler içerebilir. Bu hizmetler kendi koşullarına ve gizlilik politikalarına tabidir. Ghost Cost üçüncü taraf içeriklerinden, ürünlerinden veya hizmetlerinden sorumlu değildir.

8. Fikri mülkiyet

Ghost Cost adı, uygulama tasarımı, logo ve uygulamaya ait özgün içerikler geliştiriciye veya ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Mağaza adları, ürün adları, görseller ve ticari markalar ilgili sahiplerine aittir ve yalnızca takip edilen ürünü tanımlamak amacıyla gösterilir.

9. Kullanılabilirlik

Hizmetin kesintisiz veya hatasız çalışacağı garanti edilmez. Mağaza sayfalarındaki değişiklikler, ağ sorunları, Safari kısıtlamaları, cihazın kapalı olması veya uygulamanın çalışmaması fiyat kontrollerini geciktirebilir ya da engelleyebilir.

10. Garanti reddi ve sorumluluk sınırı

Ghost Cost, yürürlükteki hukukun izin verdiği ölçüde “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Kaçırılan indirimler, yanlış fiyat bilgisi, satın alma kararları, mağaza işlemleri veya dolaylı zararlardan sorumluluk kabul edilmez. Tüketici hukukundan doğan ve sözleşmeyle sınırlandırılamayan haklar saklıdır.

11. Değişiklikler ve sona erdirme

Hizmet veya bu koşullar zaman zaman güncellenebilir. Önemli değişiklikler bu sayfadaki güncelleme tarihiyle duyurulur. Koşulları ihlal eden veya hizmetin güvenliğini tehdit eden kullanım sınırlandırılabilir.

Bu koşullarla ilgili sorular için App Store’daki Ghost Cost destek bağlantısı veya projenin GitHub Issues bölümü üzerinden geliştiriciyle iletişime geçebilirsiniz.

By downloading or using Ghost Cost, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the app or Safari extension.

2. Service scope

Ghost Cost is a shopping utility that helps users read, store, and periodically recheck pricing information from public product pages selected by the user. Ghost Cost is not a store, seller, payment provider, or financial adviser.

3. Accuracy of pricing and product information

Product names, prices, availability, and other information come from third-party stores. Information may be delayed, incomplete, or detected incorrectly. Before making a purchase, you are responsible for verifying the current price, taxes, shipping, availability, and sale terms directly on the store’s page.

4. User responsibilities

You agree to use Ghost Cost only for lawful purposes and not in a way that harms or overloads store websites, bypasses security measures, or infringes third-party rights.

5. Free plan and Ghost Cost Pro

The free plan supports tracking up to 3 products. Ghost Cost Pro supports up to 50 products. Access to Pro features requires a valid auto-renewable App Store subscription. Available features may vary by app version and technical limitations.

6. Subscription and payment

Payments are processed by Apple. The subscription renews automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Charges are made to your Apple Account. You can manage or cancel your subscription in App Store account settings. Prices may vary by country, currency, and tax; the App Store price shown at purchase applies.

7. Third-party services

Ghost Cost may contain links or make technical requests to third-party stores and Apple services. Those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Ghost Cost is not responsible for third-party content, products, or services.

8. Intellectual property

The Ghost Cost name, app design, logo, and original app content belong to the developer or relevant rights holders. Store names, product names, images, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are shown only to identify tracked products.

9. Availability

Continuous or error-free operation is not guaranteed. Store-page changes, network issues, Safari restrictions, a powered-off device, or the app not running may delay or prevent price checks.

10. Disclaimer and limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Ghost Cost is provided “as is.” We are not responsible for missed discounts, incorrect prices, purchase decisions, store transactions, or indirect damages. Consumer rights that cannot legally be limited remain unaffected.

11. Changes and termination

The service or these terms may be updated from time to time. Material changes are indicated by the revision date on this page. Use that violates these terms or threatens service security may be restricted.
