How can we help?
Quick answers about Deprem+ features, permissions, and notifications.
Why can earthquake details differ?
Records come from multiple seismic data providers. Magnitude, depth, location, and publication time may vary because providers use different methods. Records may also be revised later.
How do I see nearby earthquakes?
Allow location access so Deprem+ can calculate distances and show nearby events. You can change access under Settings → Privacy & Security → Location Services → Deprem+.
I am not receiving notifications
- Confirm notifications are enabled under Settings → Notifications → Deprem+.
- Review your magnitude and distance preferences in the app.
- Check your internet connection and Focus settings.
- Open the app to refresh the device registration.
Apple Watch information is not current
Confirm your iPhone and Apple Watch are connected, then reopen the Watch app. Updates depend on network availability and the publication time of seismic providers.
Are “I Felt It” reports anonymous?
Community reports do not require a name, email address, or account. An anonymous device identifier and approximate location may be used to prevent misuse and limit duplicates.
What does Emergency do?
The emergency screen helps you open your device’s phone interface for the emergency number available in your region. Deprem+ is not an emergency dispatch center and cannot guarantee that assistance has been requested or delivered.
Call the official emergency number in your country and follow instructions from local authorities.
